Reynella Hyundai

A month ago I picked up my New Tucson. Extras I had paid for well over 2 months ago were intended to be added to the car upon delivery. I've had the car almost 1 month now and I'm still asking where my all in one floor mats are!! Service team is next to non existent in giving me an answer. I'm still waiting for my mats. Over $400 worth.... I've also enquired about the cargo liner wanting to pay and order it. It should be the easiest thing to do, but I still have not received any idea of paying for it, ordering it and installing it in my car. I'm sure if I was with holding over $400 from your dealership, I'd be getting letters of demand. I've paid for a product that still has not been provided, nor do I see any responsibility from the service team on chasing it up after asking 4 times now! If this is your level of after sales service, im going to get from now on. I'm going elsewhere after I pick my car up this afternoon.

Service department needs a kick in the pants. Forgot to put my Service book in the car. After leaving 2 messages and 2 additioal phone calls going straight to the answering machine . I rang new cars to make contact and see if they could locate my book which they did. Told they would deliver it but unfortunately that didn't happen !. I went in Saturday morning to pick it up myself and to let the service department know how inconvenient it was !. Only to find out service department isn't open Saturday. 4 phone call over a number of hours and no call back is not good enough. An answering machine for the service department during work hours is rubbish . Change the system !.

Want to thank the team at Hyundai Reynella,Jamie, Chelsea and Sharee. Great service from the very start with a smile and offer of coffee or drink while waiting when trying to find my dream car which Jamie did an excellent job in doing that with the trade in of my car and finding my i30 n_line . Chelsea did an amazing job with all the arrangements and making us feel welcome and offering a coffee or drink while doing paper Work. Picked up my brand new car yesterday and am very happy with the car and the awesome customer service from all. Great work guys keep it up. Thanks also for the red bottle of wine as a Thankyou.😊 Just not happy about having to wait for the cash balance of my trade in, as I feel that should of been also ready on the day. Overall, would still give a 10 out of 10 rating. 👍

If you ready to buy a new car in Reynella Hyundai. Please have a psychological preparation that this dealership will not meet their commitment:) 1. If they say to you will get full tank of fuel when you pick up the car because they don't want their customers first stop is service stations and don't trust it. Sorry to telling you that you must go cause you will only get 1/3 fuel on yours. 2. Even though the Hyundai website stated you normally get 12 months registration on new car but they won't tell you in fact unless you ask then you will find out only 3 months rego provided. 3. The sales assistant will pick up your call in a second when you plan to buy a car. After you successfully made a payment in full, you will not able to contact him anymore. 4. I suggest you buy the genuine accessories in other dealership because even though they wrote it in the contract they will keep saying out of stock and hold your money. Hopefully my personal experience can help you find the best car seller you want. Just try Reynella Hyundai if you not trust the facts above.

Picked up my dream car from Hyundai Reynella and the team there are absolute legends! I'm an hour away from Reynella and it was definitely worth the 2 trips to the dealership! First to test drive and second to pick up the car, from the moment I was looking at the car I received first class service! From offering coffee, tea and water while signing paperwork. BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA! I've owned quite a few brands of cars over my time but I can't fault these guys. The entire service team here are the best i've ever worked with. Nothing is too hard, no question is ever made to feel like you're an idiot for asking and they are the exact definition of under promise, over deliver! Car has always been ready ahead of promised time. The price has always been exactly what they said and there's no hidden extras or sleezy upsells/hard sells. They take the time to speak to you like a person even if the phone is ringing off the hook and this is a massive selling point for me as most car places once you buy the car, they forget you. Can't speak highly enough of the service department team!

Not a good experience. Jamie refused to budge on the price, and offered me way less for my old car. On the day of pickup, he didn’t answer any of my texts on when to pick up the car and gave me the car with less than half a tank. When my partner asked for petrol as a gesture of good will, he said it isn’t in the contract and refused. Will not return again.

Not sure if this is an oversight from the dealership or if this is the norm nowadays but my sister just picked up her brand new car (Hyundai tuscon) yesterday and the car had only a quarter of tank of fuel and only 3 months rego. I buy new cars every 5 years and usually included is a full tank of fuel and 12 months registration. buyer beware!
